We Discover Business Needs, Design Solutions and Deliver Expected

Discover – The initial phase requires that we understand the business landscape:  mission; goals; differentiators and challenges  - and then identify immediate and longer term businessWe discover, design and deliver telephone systems and contact or call center solutions needs.  We assess your infrastructure, network topology, hardware and software platforms, current applications and communications related methods and procedures.  The result of this assessment phase is an assessment document that details our findings.

Design –In this phase, we create a business plan that targets specific problems and recommends solutions, complete with budgets, costs and time lines.

Deliver – In the final phase, we develop Statements of Work (SOW) that describe how we will implement each solution and manage deployments.  We will also conduct post-deployment reviews, and measure the benefits of each solution.

Identify business goals & constraints within the current environment

  • Define rules of engagement and expectations
  • Assess topology and business framework (include as necessary staffing, processes, training, IT infrastructure)
  • Detail findings and report - Assessment Document

Business Plan

The business plan is an executive level document that delineates the reasons for making the solution a reality.

  • Outline Findings
  • Propose Solutions
  • Recommend Approach

Design

In the Design Phase, we develop a business plan that describes alternative solutions, with a focus on the economics.

  •  Define criteria for improvement against findings in the Discovery Phase
  •  Propose solutions using "best in class" business practices
  •  Create Business Plan that describes and justifies solution delivery

Implementation Plan

Implementation Plan or Statement of Work (SOW) is a document that details how a solution will be delivered.

  • Refine business requirements
  • Develop project management strategies
  • Define products and services
  • Deploy and test solution

Deliver

In the final phase, we develop an Implementation Plan (or Statement of Work) and the Measurement and Growth Plan.  The Implementation Plan integrates business processes with changes in technology infrastructure.  The Measurement and Growth Plan analyzes the results and measures the project benefits.

  •  Define Implementation Plan and Measurement and Growth Plan
  •  Formulate product, training, team and process needs for implementation (include staffing, costs, timeline and audit review steps)
  •  Conduct post-implementation assessment
  •  Measure and review ROI (anticipated vs. actual)

Measurement and Growth Plans

From the data gathered in earlier phases, we can develop a Measurement and Growth Plan.  This plan demonstrates how the new solution can be monitored, maintained, and measured.  The metrics become the basis for planning and forecasting to manage and grow the new solution.

  • Monitor new solution
  • Measure new technology
  • Plan and Forecast against new metrics

Solutions Focus

The value of the 3D Methodology is that we help the client solve the business issues via a proven and reliable approach.  The key is focusing on measurable objectives and comparing the outcome against the projected results.  This discipline to follow through on the post-implementation economics generates valuable results.

  • Post-implementation measurement
  • Measure against original state and business case
  • Fine tune solution and plan for next iteration/project
